Respected sir/mam,
My consumer ID for Airtel digital TV is 3031208481. It was not working properly and I have done my recharge also yesterday. Still wasn’t working. When I called up, Airtel digital TV office in Pondicherry replied in cool attitude that it might be because dish turned and I have to pay 200 Rs for proper dish positioning. I have not done anything. It might have been caused by heavy wind for the past 4 days here. Why I have to pay 200 Rs everytime wind blows fast?This is not the right way to charge for things like this.
