Respected sir

My name is Suresh Babu IAM having AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION WITH CUSTOMER ID 3017554738 Recently according to new TRAI rules I selected my own package which costs off Rupees 270, on 28 the January 2019. My old package subscription got ended on 04-02- 2019,on the same day I reacharged my DTH Connection with rupees 280 Up to 18-02- 2019 I got the TV programs according to my wish sir I got only the channels which I opted ,please clearly note this point sir on 18th Febraury my account was suspended ,and I got a message that my account is insufficient balance then I called the customer care ,they said that it is due to technical problem you will get a call back by 2.30pm on 18th Febraury,i waited up to 5pm I didn’t get any call from them ,then once again I contacted the customer care this time I asked them make me to speak with their manager then one person came on line and interacted with me and he said that my subscription was rupees 615, I told him I didn’t opt any such package I told him as per my selection my package costs just 271 rupees ,then he asked me my channel selection list and activated my connection in that also some of my seleted channels are not activated I decided I will talk to them once again ,but from there I am unable to get connected to any customer care executive .Today once again my account suspended,then once again I am trying to contact the customer care , I couldn’t connected ,The IVRS System prompts our customer care executive will speak to you and then immidiatly my call gets dropped this is not happened once or thrice nearly more than 40 times , two things I want make clear I just watched only the channels which I opted by fallowing the instructions I got in screen of my TV, as I cross checked is there any additional channels that I can watch but I didn’t watched any such extra chanels these days ,now THESE AIRTEL People are suffering me in this manner SIR I will show you my call register and also I will prove if we call from another number ,the call gets connected and if we try to discuss our issue then they will tell that please call from your register mobile number if we try to call from our register mobile number the call could not get connected
