Airtel Digital TV :
My Name : Y Punna Reddy, Mobile Number: 9866855510, Mail Id: ypreddy2005@yahoo.com, Address: 202, Srinidhi Residency, Road No.:4, Sapthagiri Colony Kukatpally Hyderabad-500072
Called number of times to airtel team for digital TV not working, no technician visits, register complaint 6 times, even after escalations no one showed to repair the same.
I requested to cancel service and refund the balance amount, customer service Supervisor said it will refunded with 1 Hr. I couldn’t get any information , every day reducing my balance even complaint not closing not resolving my issue.
Due to this communication air tel DTH wasted my time. I request you refund same amount from which date is not working.
