I have paid for my airtel digital tv connection. Inspite of the payment being made my tv is not working. When i called the customer service i spoke with 4 different people. All the service customer representative and the senior manager were very rude and abusive.

Airtel senior manager (aditya naguich) gave me Interaction id 1-5054708763 and 1-5051322188. My tv is not working since past 3 days and the recharge is for 30 days. Today is the 4th day thar my tv is not working.

When i called to speak with customer service, the first person who answered the call was rude, mannerless and probably illiterate. He refused to help me or transfer my call to a manager.

When i asked for his name and employee id to file a complaint he disconnected the call. After that i made 3 more attempts to speak with somebody. My issue is still not resolved.

I am going to let all my friends and family know how horrible airtel customer service is. Airtel takes money and than does not provide service.

When you attempt to contact customer service for a resolution they speak rude, insult you and disconnect the call.

Maybe airtel can spend less money on ads and pay more to their employees to make sure they are able to provide the customer service airtel brags about.

We dont pay airtel to get abused and insulted. We pay for services which airtel has failed to provide. Very disappointing.
