This complaint is against Airtel digital TV department against registered mobile number : 9945353629 . I had an Airtel connection for past 5 years . After TRAI regulation came into picture I change my plan for 453 per month , and recharged on Feb 6 , and again recharged
on March 6 , after which we assumed we should be rechardgin again after 30 days .B ut this Airtel thieves ,they automatically added
Kerala Mega SD Pack to bump up my monthly cost to 800 so that they can charge me more . When i saw a popup on my TV saying recharge due on 26 March , i was surprised then i logged on online to check what happened , after i noticed this , I sent a mail to customer care on 24 March to resolve the issue ,which was not even addressed until 29 March .Over Saturday and sunday inspite of making multiple calls ,they didnt help to resolve the issue , and 31 march again they started saying customer only asked to update the plan , when we said we didnt , they are telling we will refund for 15 days , but they didnt do , next call they said they will refund 175 rs , but again they didnt do , finally they added 150 rs but didnt resume services until 8pm inspite of caling 10 times . Finally at 8pm one lady named Janani accepted that this was Airtel fault , but ultimately its a loss to me . And now what is the assurance that it wont happen again ???? I need a permanent resolution .
