Text of Complaint by Mandeep Chawla:

Wrong recharge of Rs 50320 has been done from my account on 13 th July via UPI app scanner while recharging by scanning QR code on TV for airtel recharge .
Money got debited from my HDFC bank and Bank confirmed payment made to beneficiary which is AIRTEL here successfully .
However Airtel is denying any such payment made against  transaction details shared .
Moreover when asked for Airtel statment of account proof , there is no response from customer care on same .
There is no 3rd party involved and its bank to Airtel transaction .Same scan code was used on22nd JULY for recharge of Rs320 again and recharge was succesfully done .
