Hi,
I am sravan kumar using airtel postpaid number 8125175175 from last 8 years. From airtel i got offer on may22nd 2019 to add 10 GB data to my account everymonth for next 6 months so it should add until November 22nd as per committed..j am attaching the proves documents below same for reference but on October Airtel deactivated all the net offers on my account saying that your offer time got expired.this is nin sense still i have time until November 22 nd and i called customer care they said some mismatch happen but nithing has done from there side and i sent mail to airtel customer care also no response.Because of this data removed suddely i lost hume amo in market.please prived compensation for my loss and book compliant in Airtel for wrong commitment provided for customer.
