Hi,
We have purchased the datapack almost 3months ago since then it was not utilized as the network wasn’t going through and we have been sent a bill of 1500 which they asked us to pay. How can they generate bill without any usage. Plus customer service people are pathetic neither helpful nor they have any courtesy to talk to their customers. And Airtel seems advertising to resolve the queries. How it is possible with such poor service and people they have hired?
