I purchased Airtel data connection on 20 March 2020 form then I am not getting the network coverage and I requested for disconnituation of the connection since 21March 2020 via call , email and in person visit to airtel gallery but got answer I have to pay 3 months bill and then it will get discontinued.
Still I kept asking the customer service to discontinue the bill genetration as I am not using the connection I will pay for what I have used i.e 2 days charges why you charging me for non usage and I am consistently following with you to discontinue my connection.
Now the recovery team 7677482016 threaten me saying we will see how you dont pay. I will ensure we will recover 1000+/- from you in next 2weeks see and she discontinued the call.
