Text of Complaint by Palanikumar:

  1. I am using airtel d2h from last 2 years
  2. I recharged 200 rupees at February 11 2019
  3. Then i checked my airtel mobile app in my valitity
  4. There displayed my validity up to march 11 2019
  5. One day came one incoming call from airtel dealer
  6. He told sir you watch 198 movie channal one month free there after 45 five rupees charged one month.
  7. I told ok… Then i check my tv 198 Chanel.. channal not displayed..
  8. Two days after i checked in validity from my airtel app validity days decreased from march 11 to mar 05 2019.
  9. Airtel dealer told one month free that 198 channel
  10. But my recharge amount how to decreased.
  11. The i call two time airtel customer care . No response get from their.
