I am unable to receive incoming calls since first week of June for my mobile number.
Raised a complaint on 14 June and no action was taken. A new complaint is being registered everytime I connect with the customer care. Hence deadline of the issue is getting extended.
I also visited the service center twice. No satisfactory response till now. 1 month of my validity is almost over from my recharge. They also made me to wait over the call for more than 40 mins everytime I call.
Need your timely action on the following:
1. Request Airtel official to resolve my issue with the incoming call.
2. Refund my money back for the 1 month validity that has been lost.
3. Compensation in terms of money for the number of times I had been calling and waiting over phone and the number of times I walked to service center.
