It’s been more than 3 months and still my query is not yet resolved. I started facing issues, while on call my internet was not working basically I was unable to use the VoLTE services on my number from last December 2022. I raised a complaint over call on January till February all they did was provide some time frame whenever i called for the status of my query and in the end my pack got termed so they closed the status quietly without any prior information. So again i got my number recharged was still facing the issue so raised a complain again on March and they again provided a time frame but in the end again it got collapsed so i called again they said it’s taking longer to resolve but at last that complaint also got closed without any resolution. So this time i contacted them first over call and then over Twitter but both were useless they again raised a complain and provided a time frame and they didn’t responded on Twitter after replying for 2 to 3 times. I started calling them on a regular basis of 3-4 days but they were so useless that everytime they responded with some other excuse that your device is not capable or your aim is not 4g or system is getting upgraded. What the hell i used JIO and VI simultaneously and both provided VoLTE without any hassel. I called again and explained them that let me do it myself just gimme the access you guys just need to activate the IMS service on my number but all the agent on customer support are so dumb and illiterate that they don’t know what that even is. Finally I spoke to some manager and she also provided a time frame that on or before 15th of May your query will be resolved i verified from her what is it’s not she said confidently it will be so i agreed. So let’s see what happens after 15, if the problem still persists I’m gonna call ans abuse the hell out of these dumb fellow…
