Text of Complaint by Emmanuel Paul:

Hi Team,

I’ve been paying my bills religiously to Airtel. Today they have suspended my account stating there is a bill that was paid through PayTM on 11th Dec’18 was rejected and the transaction was declined. Also, Airtel says they have refunded my money which is not true and I don’t see the money reflecting under my PayTM statement. I contacted PayTM regarding this and they have also emailed me back that transaction was successful. When I explained this to Airtel via email, their responses are copy and pasted stating pay bill or services will be disconnected and they have done the same now. I also escalated this issue to the highest point of contact Airtel service provider through LinkedIn and He has been ignoring all my alerts and none are contacting me on the same.

Ive had terrible service from last 2 months from Airtel starting from BB issues that went along for 3 weeks and then mislead information by Airtel DTH which is still on going for the last 3 weeks and now with phone service.

I asked Airtel to share the call recording of the DTH conversation where they mislead me with the offers but the person replied back stating I cannot listen to the call recording under any law. I know for a fact that I can pay a small amount and get the recording.

Can you please assist me in taking this case further since I’m tired and fed up with Airtel
