Text of Complaint by Adarsh Patel:

I had raised complaint to Airtel on 18th May because my airtel Xstreme fibre was not working. I got a message from airtel that an engineer will come to repair between 6 PM to & PM on 18th May 2022. No one came to visit. I tried to contact airtel customer service then he talked very rudely. I asked the reason that why engineer did not come then he replied i do not know. He told me engineer will come to visit by 19th May 3:30 PM. Again i called to Airtel customer service at 4:00 PM then he told within an hour your fibre will be repaired. Again i waited till 6:00 PM but no one came to repair. I am the student of University of Delhi. Due to this internet issue i am unable to attend classes.
