whemn my sim is not working i went to the nearby airtel service center of our town . The retailer told me that your sim is damaged . so that i request for replacement and charges Rs 100 for the same. but in my phone airtel 121 message that retailer may charges max Rs 25/-as his service for sim replacement. so that please clarify me detail charges of rest 75/- . and if charges extra then solve my request
