I am Mr.Saravanan my number is 9894942214 yesterday my mom recharged me in online she make a recharge of 448rs but she accidentally recharge the package of 446rs then yesterday(march 2) it self we contact the customer service the servicer said us to recharge again 10rs and then we will convert the package of 446 into 448 and then today(march 3) they haven’t taken any action on this process after that we made another one call then they said there is no chance for that process so we asked her to connect to your teamleader.
they said he was not answering so call after one hour then now we made another call from my mom number 9894270834 the kaviya took the call but she cut the call rudely while my mom talking..!
this how you treat a customer!??.
after that again we call the customer care and asked to connect your teamleader but she make us to wait for 10 mins in the line after that the team leader connected with us the team leader name was Mr.arunachalam and then we told him the problem then he said they will make the process within three days and also they said untill that we won’t recharge but they haven’t send any sign of the process…this is my complaint about the customer Care service.i have some question
1.this is how you treat a customer of your service?
2.what about the money whether you service will make the positive process or not!?
3.if your service will not make the possibilities then refund my money and i surrender my number i just move on to the other networks
