Text of Complaint by Jagadeep BR:

Sir/Madam,

I have been using Airtel postpaid connection since 2017 and have been paying my dues on time till date. For the last two months i.e since March 2020 because of Corona Lockdown I am doing work from home. I am from Aswaraopet and we dont have proper broadband connection at my place and so we have to rely on the mobile network only. One among the them is Airtel. But the service started deteriorating these days as there are frequent disconnections all along the day. I agree there are some problems during some times but not untimely, during peak hours. All of a sudden the network goes off and I am getting disconnected from the network. Again it takes more than 10 minutes to re-connect back to the network and continue my work. There were many instances where my call got disconnected in the middle and my manager used to call me for explanation. This is not fair on Airtel’s part despite many complaints raised by me. I had to travel to my relatives place to check for better internet speed and work there. I request you to please take proper action on the service provider and help me here. I am not expecting 100% speed,productivity but atleast uninterrupted speed.
