We have raised an issue regarding airtel connection on 27 May 2020 for which a technician is allotted on 29 May who never showed up. The manager is not picking our calls regarding the same issue. In the days of lockdown how are we supposed to work without internet. We 3 members had to put 4 days of leave because of no internet. We are living in the center of the city not even a remote place. Other service providers are resolving within maximum of 1 day. But Airtel is taking more than 5 days to resolve and there is no proper response. We need an immediate restoration of service and compensation for the lost days.
