My number has been disconnected as I lost my sim but didn’t got any replacement sim as i requested for it and now I visited airtel store and they informed my number has been permanently cancelled as I have taken a handset contract with Airtel and since 3 month my bill hasn’t been paid due to which I am afraid as it might affect my credit score and they may harass me and I just want to pay bill and I have called many times to them but they direct me to store so I don’t know what to do in this case my airtel number is 9205939336
