I m using airtel from last 6 years .now i m facing network and data related issues . Complaints are lodged many times. I have sent many mails regarding my issues but airtel is not responding in anyway even everytime they told me to send mails and saying my issues are under process.
it is now 7 months .Its a long time to resolve a single issue . Everytime they ask me to pay full bill amount for service which i m not able to use properly. After bill payment still my services not resumed .pls help me
