This is my last communication to airtel team .It’s been around 4years i have been using airtel services for 2499 plan 2 years since my mother is using airtel and 3 years since my father is an airtel customer, it’s like a airtel family for us, those were fine as the customer services from airtel were amazing with quicker resolutions to all my problems , but today morning when my phone suddenly stopped working around 8 am , it was all fine until 11pm,Someone called customer service care to block my SIM for illegal purpose. They also blocked my number without authentic proof…My mobile number:9629930295
