I AM SUBHASH CHANDER SETHI AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY AS WELL AS OWNER OF ANUP CHAND CHAMAN LAL.I HAVE BEEN USING AIRTEL CORPORATE MOBILE POSTPAID CONNECTIONS 9992555662.8221000200 AND OTHERS FOR 5 YEARS.AND NOW I WANT TO PORT OUT FROM BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED TO IDEA.BUT AIRTEL REJECTS MY PORT OUT REQUEST EVERYTIME.I HAVE GIVEN PORT OUT REQUEST TO THE AIRTEL AS WELL AS IDEA WITH MY DOCUMENTATION MANY TIMES.BUT EVERYTIME BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED REJECTED THE REQUEST.I DISCUSSED WITH AIRTEL THROUGH MAIL WITH THEIR APPELLATE TEAM OF AIRTEL.THEY SUGGESTED ME THAT THEY NEED MY LETTER REQUEST ON MAIL. I HAVE SENT ALL DOCUMENT WITH THE AUTHORIZED LETTER WITH ALL SIGNATURE AND STAMP OF COMPANY. THEY CHECKED IT AND VARIFY ME ON 27 OF JULY THAT THE LETTER IS VALID FOR PORT OUT REQUEST BUT WHEN I GAVE PORT OUT REQUEST ON THE LETTER, THEY AGAIN REJECTED.I ASKED TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AT 121 THEY SAID THAT THEY DON’T HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THIS.THEN I WENT TO LOCAL BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED OFFICE.THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY ARE HELPLESS AND GAVE ME ANOTHER MAIL ID WHICH IS [email protected] HAVE SENT MANY MAIL ON THIS MAIL ID BUT THEY DON’T REPLY ME.THEY ARE FORCING ME TO PAY THEIR BILL BY REJECTING MY PORT OUT REQUEST. 2 MONTHS ARE GONE WHEN I HAVE BEEN REQUEST TO AIRTEL FOR PORT OUT MY NUMBERS BUT THEY STILL DON’T LISTENING ME.THEY HAVE MADE ME TOTALLY FRUSTATED.SO NOW I WANT TO A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED URGENTLY. I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED.BUT I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.BECAUSE I TIRED TOTALLY BY MAKING PORT OUT REQUEST.I HAVE DONE ALL THE NECESSARY THINGS WHICH THE AIRTEL SAID ME ON MAILS.NOW THEY DON’T REPLY ME ON MAILS.I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BHARTI AIRTEL LTD.THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME HARASSMENT FOR LAST 6 MONTHS.I HAVE CLEARED ALL THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED FOR PORT OUT.BUT THEY ARE STILL MAKING THE INVALID LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FOR PORT REJECTION. I HAVE SAID MANY TIMES ON MAIL TO SEND MY LETTER WHICH YOU HAVE IN YOU SYSTEM. I WANT TO CHECK WHERE THE LETTER OF AUTHORISATION IS NOT VALID FOR PORT OUT.BUT THEY DON’T SEND ME ANY OF LETTER.I SHOWS THAT THEY ARE MAKING ME FOOL ON MAILS THAT CONFIRMS THE PORTABILITY OF MY MOBILE NUMBERS WILL BE DONE NEXT TIME.BUT AT THE TIME OF PORT REQUEST THEY SLIGHTLY REJECTS THE REQUEST . IT HAVE BEEN HAPPENING FOR LAST 2 MONTHS CONTINUOUSLY HAVE PAID 4 BILLS OF AIREL WHICH I DON’T WANT TO PAY.I HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF PORTABILITY , THE OUTSTANDING SHOULD BE CLEARED.WHEN 1ST TIME I GAVE THE PORT OUT REQUEST AND THEY REJECTED THEN THEY TOLD ME THE PORT OUT PROCEDURE.INWHICH THEY SAID THAT FOR PORT OUT FIRSTLY I NEED TO GENERATE UNIQUE PORTING CODE AND SUBMIT THE NECESSARY DOCUMENT TO THAT COMPANY IN WHITCH I WANT TO PORT OUT. I DID ALL THAT NOT A SINGLE TIME BUT FOUR TO FIVE TIMES BECAUSE OF THEIR REJECTION.1ST OF ALL THEY ARE MAKING INVALID LETTER ISSUE.WHEN I DISCUSSED WITH AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT LETTER THEN THEY MADE PAYMENT ISSUE WHILE I HAVE PAID ALL THE OUTSTANDING ALREADY.THEN I SENT THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT THROUGH THE MAIL.THEY CHECKED AND THE CONFIRMED ME THAT PAYMENT HAS BEEN DONE.ITS A TOTALLY HARASSMENT MOMENT THAT THEY DON’T KNOW THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DONE OR NOT. I CONFIRMED AIRTEL BY THE RECEIPT THAT THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PAID.ANYWAYS AFTER THIS THEY SENT ME A MAIL IN WHICH THEY CONFIRMED ME THAT THERE HAD NO REASON OF REJECTION THIS TIME AND I NEED TO MAKE PORT OUT REQUEST AGAIN.I NEED TO GENERATE UNIQUE PORTING CODE AGAIN AND SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS TO IDEA CELLULAR LTD. I DID AGAIN THE DOCUMENTATION AND ALSO I SENT A COPY OF MY LETTER TO THE BHARTI AIRTEL LTD THROUGH MAIL SO THAT THEY CAN VARIFY EASILY.THEY REPLIED ME THAT THE LETTER WHICH I HAVE SEND IS VALID NOW AND PORT OUT REQUEST IS UNDER PROCESS AND IT WILL BE DONE ON 5 SEP 2017.ON 5 SEP, THEY AGAIN REJECTED THE REQUEST BY THE SAME REASON INVALID LETTER.I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED THAT WHAT THE HELL IS AIRTEL DOING WITH ME,AFTER CONFIRMED ON MAILS,HOW CAN THEY REJECT THE PORT OUT REQUEST WITH THE SAME REASON. I HAVE ATTACHED THE LATEST AUTHORISED COPY OF LETTER IN WHICH UPC CODE AND MOBILE NUMBERS ARE MENTIONED RESPECTIVELY.SO NOW I WANT YOUR HELP.PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON MY CONTACT NO. 9812413819
I want to port back in airtel, but after 2nd time I have tried to portback, my port request denied by message that already process is going on.
