15th July 2018 Barrier activated by my request
automatically on 24th of March it got deactivated without my request. Due to this I had to face these illegitimate charges. 3894. Customer representative agreed however he said he cannot waive of these charges.
Kindly do the needful.
Again on 12 the of April I requested for barring
13th of April Charges for barring is charged, I want this also to be waived off.
I am using, 6 to 7 numbers on my name. This is not expected from your end and Iam willing to port all the numbers to a different provider.
I am a frequent traveler to smart countries never faced this issue ? before March. Without the consent of the customer Airtel has charged this amount and they have not given me an answer.
