on 19 sep,2018 I did a recharge of 448 twice on my airtel no.7503833656 and the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount of 896 has been deducted.
I am not able to get any useful help from your customer care no. or neither from writing to your so call given mail id.
here I am giving details of the transition and bank statement. this is all I have I don’t have any airtel wallet or account no. coz I didn’t use that.
I would like to inform that I did my recharge from airtel mobile apps through ICICI Internet banking.
