registered for a broadband connection in the name of sreenath pv and paid through online,and after several calls one of the customer care executive told that ,our area doesn’t have connection,and when we called for a refund, some other told that he don’t know anything and gave another number ,to whom I talked and he told that he will check it and call me soon, and now after all this drama,no one is attending the calls,and now we only need the money,i was using airtel sim from my college days ,and now I dont trust airtel anymore,didnt expected this from such a huge company
