I am using Airtel mobile number 9815948318. I have tried 2-3 times to online Recharge this number with Rs. 98 but not successful .
I was surprised that when Recharge was successful it was of Rs. 2998 instead of 98. The same amount (2998) was deducted from my debit card. The Recharge done was for international roaming for 10days which is of no use for me.
I contacted customer care to refund my money or to transfer amount for another package of talk time, Internet etc. But they provided me no help. It’s a approximate rs. 3000 wastage .
The amount deducted is transferred to your company. Please solve my issue.
