Hello Sir,

I have been a loyal customer for Airtel since more than 7 years. From last 3 years, I have been complaining to them about the horrible network issues in my area but they don’t bother to fix.

Only they care about is the monthly bill that I am paying without each month though I don’t have a proper network from last 3 years. Each time, I complained they only gives me a falsified and baseless promises.

Please help me in getting the right compensation for the trauma and trouble I am going through because of the Airtel poor service. Not to mention, I was terminated from a company because of Airtel.

There was an urgent need of me to be present at office and my team leader and manager were trying to reach me but because of pathetic service of Airtel they weren’t. This lead to my termination from the job. I want to be compensated properly.
