Hi,

I am facing network issues, not able to receive or make calls.

I spoke to the customer care and requested to speak to the manager more than 10 times and it took them almost half an hour to connect me to the floor manager ( Mr. Akshay Tunna )

I told him about my concern and instead of helping me out he was least bodered to understand my concern and wanted me to go online and report an issue..

The way I was treated by Airtel is not at all acceptable.

Airtel’s reputation is at stake and I demand an apology and compensation for being disrespectful and for disconnecting the phone on my face.

I want this case to be looked upon priorty since I had a financial and emotional loss which is beyond repair since I was not able to receive and make calls.

Requested Airtel to fix the problem but Airtel does not care about the customers

I would really appreciate if this casecis looked upon priority and please do the needful.
