hi sir,
i have done a recharge rs 499 on 26/4/2018 for prepaid mob number 9500921506 and transaction id 180426758272 by official airtel website but the recharge failed due to payment failure issue but money is debited from my bank account i suddenly called customer care they told the money was debited by ours due to timeout issue your recharge is not successful so if you want you can do a another one this money is refund with in 5 to 7 days don’t worry, but till now no money is refunded i already called 3 times and filed a complaint that numbers are CONRC20426652485, CGPSC20426681448, CONRC30511513955 and mailed once for 121@in.airtel.com, already 3 weeks over amount is so big for me, please do a needful thanking you
