It is really pathetic that established company like airtel is doing such things. I twice received calls from customer care on which they stated that a particular feature is provided to me free of cost for a month and after that i may or may not continue with aforesaid subscription.
On the basis of misrepresentation they sought my permission and added channels and features on cost. Their was no free add on it was charged. It is cheating with customer.
It is not matter of money but matter of good faith. You can cheat someone once but not all times.
