Hello,

I’m forced to file this complaint because Airtel has incorrectly billed me Rs 1947 + taxes (i.e., Rs 3 x 649 + taxes) in May 2018 and is not ready to reverse those.

I got one day international roaming activated on May 15 for Rs 649 + taxes and as per Airtel, that one day plan was supposed to get finished 24 hours after activation.

But later in my bill, they charged me 4 x Rs 649 + taxes, i.e., for May 15, 16, 17 & 18.

Upon asking them the reason multiple times, their response is this is as per their policy.

Now, what kind of policy is this where one day activation gets charged for 4 days ?

Accordingly, I’m filing this complaint because 1 x Rs 649 + taxes for May 15 is legitimate charge, while 3 x Rs 649 + taxes is illegitimate and illegal.

Pls. help.
