Hello,

I am a quality analyst for a call center in a reputed corporate. I have never seen such a worse customer handling.

Airtel call center teams is worst to the extent. They do not know how to have a respectful conversion with a customer. The basic ethics of a call is not taught.

Highly disappointed with the service and not at all recommending this service to any soul. They directly disconnect on customer face!

Cheating the customer by showing something else and providing something elae and giving a negligence and unethical response on call to a customer. Disconnecting while having a conversion.

Showing different channels in the website and not giving any kind of facility as promised. When asked for a reason, they disconnect the call. 3-4times the agents of call center disconnected the call.

I have paid for the service and they have not fulfilled the things shown to the customer.  Cheating and not giving a response is the basic things which they these people are following.
