dear airtel service  provider,

I’m an airtel consumer bearing number 7751958631. my wife’s number 7751958632 is already ported with my postpaid plan. I was offered over telephone that one more number can be added with  my number.

I asked for adding  my daughter’s vodafone number of gurgaon. As agreed by aietel bhubaneswar office necessary formalities wss carried out on 12th instant and I was told to clear all outstanding bills of vodafone.

Same was done accordingly. It was also told that within few days I will be informed and sim will be handed over for activation. In this process the existing number will be deactivated and few hours the same will be activated after inserting the new sim. 

The reality is completely different, Since yesterday morning my daughter’s vodafone number has gone out of service. She was given on new sim from your gurgaon office and told to insert the sim and dial 59059 (most probably) for televerification.

It’s very unfortunate that morethan 36 hours have crossed her number is still out of service. In this period of  time I contacted your customer care thrice and every time I was told that within 4-5 hours the problem will be resolved.

Me with my wife are staying at bhubaneswar and my daughter staying aloan at gurgaon. she is having any other number.

Can you people imagine if any eventuality happens with her there is no means to communicate. In case of any emergency she will be absolutely helpless.

I simply like to know why such type of callousness form your side and hoe much more hours you people want to consume for activation of her number. Her number is 9051110883. if not solved immediately I have to put this matter in appropriate level.

Immediate action is wanted.
