Dear sir
I was airtel postpaid customer from last 2 year now I am switch my number to airtel to airtel prepaid
I submitted all my valid documents and on 9th February 3 o’clock my postpaid number was deactivated so I inserted prepaid number card was inactive so I called to customer care they told me it’s take 24 hour time
On 9th feb they told file FIR me 24 hours
After 24 hour card was not active every day I call customer care they ask me same time now today on 12th feb at time of 9:00 o’clock pm they ask me again 24 hours now what can I do
Give me suggestions or can I file FIR for heresment
