Respected Airtel team, My self RAMSARAN M R (9605516159) using your postpaid connection.
I had received a call from a number (09995245890) telling that it is from airtel office trivandrum and request me to port my other number.
She addressed her self as ANUSHREE working in airtel trivandrum and told me that offers are available if u port and asked me to send the proof and porting code via whatsapp to the same number and she had guaranteed that i will receive sim through courier.
Unfortunately i has trusted her and done all the things accordingly.
and now my old sim got ported and not received the new sim card.
When i called her she told that it will receive in two days.
I had asked her about the manager and team leader of the respective office but she had not given their contact details.
The only information she told is
OFFICE ADRESS ;AIRCOM,SS KOOVOR ROAD,THAMBANOOR TVM KERALA
TEAM LEADER;MRS MAYA
FLOOR MANAGER;PRAVEEN
I now strongly believe that the above said office people are intentionally doing all these and keeping the simcard with them as they can do a tele verification call and activate and use my number for other purpose.
And am willing to place a legal notice against the said aircom office as they are doing this sort of inappropriate things with the customers.
and kindly note that the sim is under deactivation this whole day and all my calls will be locked.
The above said office is responsible for this.
So i request you to do the needful as soon as possible. and kindly revert me.
