Dear Sir,

this is in regards to my new landline connection with airtel. I have given all the necessary documents required for  the landline connection on 26th Feb 2019. The document was collected by Mr. Rajiv and i had a telephonic conversation Mr Vivek before giving the document. Both Mr. Rajiv and Vivek had given me the assurance that within 3 or 4 days my landline connection will be installed. Neither my landline has been installed nor anyone is giving me any update about the same. It has been almost a week every day Mr. Vivek commits me that the installation will take place today and after that he does not receives my phone and neither give me any update. I request you either you get the installation done at the earliest or please return my document. I am providing you the number of Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Vivek. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
