Text of Complaint by DR K S R C MURTHY:

I HAVE TWO SIMS WITH ME LINKED TO AIRTEL AND ONE OF THEM SHOWING VERY LOW SIGNAL WHILE THE LATTER IS TOTALLY DISCONNECTED.

IT IS CREATING HAVOC IN CARRYING OUT BANK TRANSACTIONS, TRAIN RESERVATIONS ETC.. AND NOT EVEN RECEIVING THE CALLS PROPERLY.I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A HOPELESS AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.

I WANT THEM TO RETURN MY PREPAID AND POSTPAID CHARGES AND COMPENSATE FOR THE INCONVENIENCES FACED IN MY BANK TRANSACTIONS.
