I HAVE APPLIED FOR A NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION ON 6TH AUG,2018 AND PROVIDE ALL THE DOCUMENTS NAMED BY AMAN ADITYA ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD. AND MADE ALL THE PAYMENTS TO THE COMPANY ON THE SAME DAY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

AFTER 48 HOURS FROM 9TH AUG I AM DAILY CALLING TO THE CALL CENTER AND REQUESTING FOR THE INSTALLATION AND THEY ARE DAILY REPLYING ME THAT THEIR IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE SO THE CONNECTION WILL BE INSTALLED IN 24 HOURS AS WE KNOW THAT THIS IS VERY REPUTED COMPANY SO I TRUST THEM AND AGREED BUT NOW THEY HAVE CROSSED ALL THE HEIGHTS OF TORTURING THE CUSTOMER, TODAY THEY AGAIN CALLED ME AND TOLD THAT THEIR IS TECHNICAL ISSUE SO THE INSTALLATION WILL BE DELAYED. DUE TO THIS I AM FACING MANY PROBLEMS.

AS WE KNOW THAT IN TODAY’S TIME IMPORTANCE OF INTERNET TO THE BUSINESS, DUE TO THIS MY BUSINESS HAVE SUFFERED HUGE LOSSES NOW I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THEM AND WANT A COMPENSATION FOR MY LOSSES.
