The day my mother got her cell reacharged all her money was deducted. Customer care said that 6 services were activated on her cell.
It is impossible for her to activate those services. First of all she doesnt know how to operate the net secondly when we have to deactivate our services then there is a long procedure for that so why activating a service is so sensitive, so much so that with the touch of the key it gets activated.
If to stop a service we have to message then why dont you have the same procedure to activate. Airtel is wrongly and very smartly siphoning money from people like this. My no. Is 9934758005 and i want all my money refunded that has been wrongly deducted.
