I opted to Port out of Airtel Network but in the evening Executive had call’d up & had given me the same benefit which i was getting from other operator i.e. 3 numbers operational in Rs.700/- (Activation of Family Pack) .
I Had sent the activation request it didn’t got processed . I had tried again & again for 5-6 times but every time i call’d up or even sent a mail a new executive was assigned for the request or the Airtel doesn’t have an tradition to lodge the customer complaints or even maintaining the notes of the dispute.
I marked a mail to which a person Named Miss Pulkit Pal reverted & sent a mail that it will be done in 72 hours again they carried on the same legacy of not reverting back & not resolving the complaint which carried on till now (even 20 days have gone for the complaint not attended till now) . I had sent the request to the Circle Head Mr.Manu Sood to which till date there is no revert.
I told the Cust Serv Exec that i have the call records that you guys promised to activate the service in 72 hours she bounced back to me saying that she is putting my request on hold (Balck Marking my number) & will see how the request is acted upon the customer Service executive does have a kind of attitude that they take anything and everything as an offense against them.
They have charged me the bills in excess to the last plan & they charged me for the plan for which the mobile numbers are not even added to the family benefit and that’s too because of Airtel’s failure to add the numbers. I sent many messages to activate the service but server denied request. (Pics atached)
