I had recharged an sms offer of Rs 29 which had 450 sms for 20 days. Even After message activation of offer I have been charged feom the main balance while sending sms.
When checked through *129#,my sms rates shows that I have been barred,now I have been charged Rs 27 for the messages.
when i called the customer care there is no way to ask a question to them instead of hearing what they simply….
