My Airtel number 9589251366 has a billing cycle extending from 09 Feb 2018 to 08 Mar 2018. This implies that I may pay my mobile bill on or before 08 Mar 2018 without incurring any late fees/ penalties.
However my above mentioned mobile number was barred by Airtel on 23 Feb 2018 without any prior intimation or warning of any kind. This was when all my bills upto 09 feb 2018 have been paid within stipulated time frame.
This unwarranted barring of my mobile number without any reason is totally unacceptable from a reputed company like Airtel and has caused me unnecessary harassment and loss.
