Hello,
I am Saikumar Ananthula. I Am BSNL customer and I wanted to port Airtel network so I went to Airtel Customer Care at Sarrornagar.
They processed my request at last asked for the payment of 580rs I don’t have the liquid cash at that time, and they don’t have swipe and any other payment options so I told them i’ll Bring the money and I left from there with out taking the Airtel SIM Card.
I haven’t fined the money in atms on that day. I forgot about it because of working hours. But they processed network conversion and I lost the single bsnl network from Friday midnight.
How they cut my net work. More over I went to Customerservice center today at 8.30after my office they shutdown the all the systems and simply sit saying time is over come tomorrow.
I said tomorrow also will be the same time I can come due to office timings please do something but they didn’t. I am get into more trouble without my phone
