its very sorry to say that an esteemed company like airtel misleading customer loses faith of people like me.
myself Dr CharanGowda BK form Mandya Dist, Karnataka. recently during opening of a clinic i preferred Airtel landline services because of services you people provide.person who visited me assured to provide me selected number which ends with 1007, during installation he provided me phone number 08232400142, by assuring me that he is going to change my selected number 08232400007.
i paid an amount of inr4128 with check no 000000314110 which was cleared in kotak mahiendra bank immediately.now the problem started telecall mentioning for payment started even during my busy work i used to get a call. employee from mandya and also mysore started ignoring my calls even after repeated information.
they dint even provided me my selected number. finally i am mentioning helpdesk because it not FAIR towards a REPUTED company like yours.Thank you
