Respected,
The following information was provided to me by Mr. Manpreet regarding the recharge of one Airtel sim on 2022 January 20. Upon his advice, I mailed the Airtel nodal officer to activate the SIM. The issue has not been resolved since today and Mr. Manpreet said to gain recharge, so I followed up on the same, but have not received any reply. I was recharged with INR 1000. I lost my money due to his misrepresentation. Sim is not activated, which is the main problem. Due to this reason, all of my online transactions are pending. I would appreciate it if you could clarify this issue.

I am very disappointed with the service that Airtel provides – it is terrible.
