Dear SIr,
I have taken Airtel connection (Airtel sim) in the year 2004. Till date I am using it
in the year 2005 I paid Rs.1000/- just to get incoming calls free for lifetime.
Now they cancelled the lifetime validity. then why did they collect Rs.1000/- in the year 2005 and said that incoming calls are free for lifetime. This is a cheating by Airtel
How can I file complaint against Airtel and sue airtel for cheating me
