Airtel is charging to customer for 1860 series number, even though we have purchased unlimited call plans. I tried to call at 1860 series number which almost most of the bank is using, call connected after i have done recharge of Rs 10 & Rs 20 additional as i have urgent work, but after 6-7 minutes call get disconnected even though I have recharge main balance. I dont know how much airtel is charging for same. This is totally wrong from airtel as they are charging without informing and nothing is updated in app, this balance is not reflected anywhere.
