Hi,
I want to complaint about Airtel as they are charging 3 to 4 months extra bill from me and at that duration my airtel number was not active from there end. After writing several emails or explaination they are still asking for the amount which I wil not pay. I have already made a payment of 1100 to them in month of Jan 2019 and asked one of there agent to close the number but my number was inactive but the bill still got generated. Screen shot of the payment is attached.
