Text of Complaint by Akshita Iyer:

I had activated my partner’s Airtel number to have international roaming on June 22 for 2999 package which did not get activated till June 23 and I create a ticket that he is unable to use the International roaming. No response was received so I tried activating 3999 package as I could not see 2999 package on my Airtel app on June 23. That package of 3999₹ got activated which we used
The Airtel team updated the date range and activated 3999 package on 2nd July which I did not activated or called to do so. I spoke to multiple reps from Airtel and Suraj told me that there was a technical error on Airtel’s side that if a package of 2999 was activated and then if you do 3999 I should be charged only for 3999 and not for 2999
I need a resolutionASAP all your reps call and say the amount is legit as per the bills but no one is looking at the technical error on Airtel’s team

A total of 9.5 k approx is the bill Airtel is expecting me to pay .

Fahad another rep tells me wait for another months bill generation then we will get back to you which is ridiculously hard to get what he was trying to do
