Dear all ,
Please note as per new Tri rule, i have selected my channels via our TV channel number 998 on Airtel Dth through QR code and after the selection we have received confirmation message from airtel but after 36 hrs i am still waiting for activate my plan, MY tv id is 3013527921 ( Airtel Dth).
And also i have recharge my dth connection by 475 rupees on 20/2/2019 and my balance show is 457 rupees, i do not understand why it is show less amount if i recharge 475 rupees.
In a several time i try to contact costumer care and after 1 hour hold on call one of customer pick my call and he say it will take minimum 24 hrs to activate ,then i said it is already pass 24 hrs he say it is automatic system and it will take time ,how much time they don’t know ,MY question is if it take 24 or 36 hrs or more then , then why they not write this information on channel number 998, i am really stuck with airtel service ,after 36 hrs or more i am still not able to see any channels.
Please help me and do needful for me.
